Now here is an interesting concept. Imagine you could wake up and get your workout done without getting out of bed or, if you’re a busy bee, imagine being able to workout just before bed, in your bed. Well there is a way you can accomplish this with Chiropractor Dr Genie Tartell’s book, “Get Fit In Bed”.

Dr Tartell says that “no matter what your age or physical condition, you can benefit from exercising in bed at any hour, whether its morning, afternoon and even when you awake in the middle of the night.” The exercises featured in Get Fit In Bed combine a bit of yoga, Pilates and even karate moves that can help to build strength and increase flexibility.
